Whether you seek healing, healthy habits, athletic or other performance goals, or life aspiration, hypnotherapy directs access to your subconscious mind—the part of our mind where intention becomes positive belief, and then our everyday experience.
This is inner, creative intelligence—and that power is within you.
Integral Hypnotherapy™ is a collaborative approach between client and hypnotherapist that guides entry to your subconscious mind through hypnosis and helps you to unleash this powerful potential in every aspect of your life.
let's work together
as an ibh-certified hypnotherapist,
i'm in elite company, and you're in good hands
Hi! I’m Daphne. I’m an International Board of Hypnotherapy
trained and certified Clinical and Medical Support Hypnotherapist.
The training and education I received ranks among the top 5 percent
of hypnotherapists in the United States. I think that’s pretty impressive.
My approach to hypnotherapy is collaborative and known formally
as Integral Hypnotherapy™. This means we work together to create
a customized program that fits your unique needs and goals.

I’m also a science writer/editor and an Experienced Registered
Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) specializing in Yin Yoga, and with additional
trauma-based training through the the Prison Yoga Project.

Enough about me.

A final note: While I live in the beautiful state of New Mexico,
my hypnotherapy practice is virtual—via Zoom—which means
I am available to you anytime, anywhere.
I'd really love to work with you.

Hypnotherapy is amazing, but it’s not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. Sankalpa Hypnotherapy—and I, Daphne Swancutt—do not practice medicine or psychotherapy. Individuals with medical or mental health diagnoses or issues should always be under the care of doctors, psychologists or others who are trained to specifically treat these conditions. These professionals may prescribe hypnotherapy as a complementary therapy for pain, relaxation, or to address the feelings and emotions related to their patient’s diagnosis.
